The iPhone 5 is not a rumor now, its real. As we all expected, iPhone 5 is featuring a larger screen than other iPhone models, a faster processor and a somewhat improved camera. Now the Question which makes all of us confuse, is which one to buy, Samsung Galaxy S3 or the new iPhone 5?iPhone 5 Vs Galaxy S3

 

Let’s not go on anyone’s opinion, and have look at the features of both the phone and decide which one to buy.

 

 

 

 

 

First comparison: The Releasing

Apple’s iPhone 5 – unveiled on September 12, will be available on September 21

Samsung Galaxy S3 – unveiled in May 2012, and available for buying

Just according to the Apple’s trend of unveiling the phone and start delivering about a week later. It’s the typical Apple style of launching the iPhone, you can put your order from September 14 and they will start delivering from September 21.

On the other hand Samsung Galaxy S3 is already playing good in the market and currently the most popular product. In just two months after it launch it broke the records of its predecessors Galaxy S and Galaxy S2, it crossed the 10 million sales.

Second Comparison: On the Design

Apple’s iPhone 5 – is around 7.6 mm in thickness, have metal casing, and its usual non-removable        battery.

However, Samsung’s Galaxy S3 – featuring 8.6mm thickness, having plastic casing, removable battery

This time Apple focused on making the iPhone 5 as thin as possible. As a result of its efforts the thickness was reduced to 7.6 mm having tiny SIM and the new display technology allowed to merge everything as down as possible. Comparing with Samsung S3 it’s 1 mm thin !! (Impressive).

iPhone 5 is not mega thin so as to make it comfortable to hold on. Very slightly curved edges rather than the previous model’s stepped edges, all this makes it more comfortable to hand. And less slippy than previous models, because of new aluminium back and extremely high build quality.

 

Samsung’s S3 features an all-plastic finishing and having ultra-thin back cover.  This back cover has been criticized too much, as this is the part which doesn’t allow you to feel it as a £500 phone.

Before buying we’ll recommend that for Samsung’s Galaxy S3, firstly get hold of it in hand comfortably. Some will find it uncomfortable to hold.

iPhone 5 to be launched on 21 September

Just got some news from a trusted source that Verizon will have an all-staff vacation from Sept 21 to 30 Sept, you can now guess what does this means.

It means your new iPhone 5 will probably be available to you from September 21. Its Apple iPhone 5chances to be announced on 12 September are very large.
If we look back to iPhone 4S launch and examine, then this news seems to be very true as it match the Apple’s style. Apple’s iPhone 4S was announced on 4th October and preorder started on October 7th and was in store for sale a week later on October 14th.

Similarly Apple’s iPhone 5 is expected to be announced on 12th September and the preorder will start on the same day. And this date 21 September is about a week later from 12th September.
